The Company has built 4 process workshops for pressing,welding, coating,and assembly plus a technical R&D center,and adopts advanced OTC welding robots for the welding operation. It is also equipped with lathes, grinders,millers,and wire-cut machines; the paint workshop amplies the technology of pickling and phosphating,and electrophoresis, and employs a paint baking line; the assembly workshop is designed with two advanced assembly lines to realize independent mold making, motorcycle models R&D.core parts and components production,and integrated paint baking with assembly,which form a modern production operation mode supporting an annual output of 150,000 electro-tricycles.

At present, the Company's R&D system consists of multiple departments, including Technology Center, Testing Center ,and Prototype Shop,and possesses testbeds complying with national standards for motors,shock absorbers,and shock durability as well as chassis dynamometer and other advanced testing equipment to make sure that each motorcycle is safe and reliable.
